Rd. Ruken Boztemir was born in Şanlıurfa in 1974.

After graduating from Karşıyaka High School in 1991, she was accepted to Ege University Faculty of Dentistry and successfully completed her education in 1996.
Throughout her professional life, she worked at Alsancak Oral and Dental Health Center in various capacities for approximately 30 years, and also practiced as a private dentist for 9 years during this period. Boztemir, who retired from her public sector position in 2026, continues her professional work at LivaDent with her 30 years of clinical experience.
