Oral Surgeon Dr. Özgür GÖZLÜKLÜ completed his primary and secondary education in Istanbul. He graduated from Istanbul Capa University, Faculty of Dentistry with degrees in 2012, which he entered in 2007. In the same year, he started to work as an assistant in the oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic of the faculty. In 2013, he was appointed as a research assistant in Izmir Katip Çelebi University, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. During his training; he took rotation training and participated in operations in emergency medicine, anesthesiology and reanimation, otolaryngology, plastic and reconstructive surgery clinics. The specialty training here has been successfully completed with the thesis named “Comparison of the effects of 2 different kinesiotape techniques on pain, edema and trismus after bilaterally embedded mandibular 3rd molar surgery” and Özgür Gözlüklü received the title of oral and maxillofacial surgeon in 2017.

He has many verbal and written papers published in congresses, meetings and symposiums in Turkey and abroad, and articles published in international refereed journals. Reconstruction of insufficient jaw bones and treatment with implants are his main interests. In addition to chin aesthetics and advanced implant operations; he also routinely performs classical maxillofacial surgery procedures such as impacted tooth extractions, mouth cysts and gum operations. In addition to these, temporamandibular joint (jaw joint) disorders and bruxism (clenching) treatment are also among his fields of study. Oral Surgeon Dr. Özgür Gözlüklü joined the Liva Dent team in November 2020 and started to offer successful treatments to our patients.
